Legal Terms

Terms and Conditions

Terms governing website access, commercial inquiries, product specifications, and international trade agreements.

Effective Date: January 1, 2026 | Last Updated: November 2026

1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing and browsing ShopCoir.com, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use this website.

2. Product Specifications and Sizing

Because coconut coir is a natural organic material derived from coconut husks, parameters including weight, expansion volume, and particle distribution may experience minor natural tolerances (+/- 5% weight and moisture variance). All technical specifications provided on this website are based on standard laboratory testing protocols. Formal contracts will be governed by agreed proforma specifications and batch inspection certificates.

3. Commercial Quotations & Validity

Quotations generated through our forms or trade specialists are valid for 30 calendar days from issuance due to fluctuating international ocean freight and currency exchange rates, unless explicitly agreed otherwise in writing.

4. International Trade & Incoterms

Commercial export orders are executed under standard Incoterms 2020 rules (typically FOB, CIF, or DDP) as confirmed in signed commercial proforma invoices. Buyer and seller obligations regarding customs clearance, import tariffs, and harbor duties are determined by the specified Incoterm.

5. Intellectual Property

The ShopCoir brand name, logo, graphic designs, product photography, and text content published on this website are the proprietary property of ShopCoir.com and protected by international intellectual property laws.

6. Limitation of Liability

While ShopCoir exercises rigorous quality control over all substrate lots, final agricultural yields depend on grower variables outside our control (including water quality, ambient climate, fertigation schedules, and pest management). Agronomic advice is provided in good faith as general guidance.
